What If You Knew It Could Happen

How many risks do you not take because you are sure you would fail?

How many times have you said ‘this year, I will….’ and not?

How tired are you of the effort being pulled from you and the results being slow? How many times will you justify what you can’t do?

What if you knew it worked? What if you had absolutely no doubt that you could meet any weight loss goal you set for yourself this year?

For years, I told myself that I couldn’t. I used fertility medicines, pregnancy, breastfeeding, toddlerhood, work, basically anything I could to justify why this wasn’t my year. But, deep down, I think it hid behind the fact that I wasn’t sure I could. I wasn’t sure it would really work for me.

After ‘failing’ so many times, I finally learned. I learned that IT WORKS. IT works if YOU work. Do what you are told, step by step, one day at a time, and you will lose the weight.

Any weight. Baby weight. Nursing weight. I am happily married weight. You can.

Don’t let another year pass where you sit on the sidelines and hide from pictures and skip that beach trip. Don’t let anybody tell you that you can’t, or you shouldn’t, or that you’ve tried EVERYTHING and this won’t be any different.

This is your year. I guarantee it. If you want to lose 50 pounds and have abs by this time next year, let’s do it.

If you have people in your life that don’t celebrate the incredible person you are, let me.

If you aren’t sure you are strong enough, let me tell you that you are.

If you can’t imagine actually feeling comfortable in your body, let me tell you that you can.

If you aren’t sure it will work, let me tell you, it does.

What would change if you knew this year you would gain confidence, a community that loves you and sees you, control over food and perspective over what you can achieve?

If there is even a little part of you that wants to, or hopes to, or is waiting to conquer the goal of losing weight, join me. Let’s do it this year, stop everything, stop waiting, hit that ‘start now’ button right now and let’s show all the doubt that it’s your time to win!
