The "Too Busy" Meal Plan

One of my goals with this program is to eliminate as many excuses as possible for my clients. This meal plan takes almost no time out of your day. It could be adjusted appropriately for anyone but these targets would help a large male who exercises regularly drop body fat and gain muscle!

There's no such thing as "too busy" for results. 

Some people say they're "too busy" to weigh and measure their food. Or they're "too busy" to cook or meal prep. I'd challenge their thinking on that. We all have the same 86,400 seconds in a day. You don't get any more or less than anyone else. We have time for what we make time for. If you aren't willing to make time, something else is just more important to you! 

Go to your phone and hit SETTINGS -> BATTERY then scroll down and see how much time you've spent on Facebook, Snap Chat, Instagram, or any other games/apps. Is that more important to you than your health and fitness goals? Yes, life is busy for many of us but time and energy invested in our health is almost always worth it. 

All that said, you don't have to weigh and measure and you don't have to cook to get incredible results. You don't even have to sacrifice your precious screen time or your favorite Netflix show. Even more surprising is how good all the food is!

The meal plan has two pre-portioned things that need to be microwaved for about 5 minutes total. The rest is just ready to go! The caloric target is pretty high (2651 calories) for this meal plan but obviously you could nix one or two of the meals, cut out an item, or reduce some of the serving sizes for your unique goals and needs if necessary.

  • Apple, almonds, protein shake for breakfast: Zero prep time, no weighing/measuring!

  • Cashews, baby bel cheese, yogurt: Just grab it and eat it!

  • A can of chili with a easy open lid: Pour it in a bowl, microwave, enjoy!

  • Peanuts, jerky stick, cutie oranges: Grab and go!

  • Chicken crust pizza, chocolate shake, baby carrots: *NOM NOM NOM*
