I am a 36 year old wife, mother of 2, school teacher & crossfitter.  Sports was a huge part of my life growing up so even though I was 6'1" &  taller than everyone, weight was never a huge issue. But when I stopped playing basketball my sophomore year of college, the weight crept on year by year. Fast forward several years & I was married with 2 children & definitely a lot of pounds overweight. Over the years I have started and stopped numerous diets and workout plans. I would stick with an exercise plan for a few months and then fall off the wagon. Nothing was sustainable. Until last year. In 7 short months I dropped 45 additional lbs following Macroholics & have gained so much strength (physical & mental) & confidence. This brought my total weight loss to 76 lbs over a 13 month period. My body is still a work in progress but the change thus far makes me so thankful to have found Macroholics Nutrition! This program is so awesome & so freeing! I do not feel like I'm on a diet & that is why this way of eating is sustainable. I get to eat food (& plenty of it) that I actually like & improve body composition at the same time!
